Hi, I'm Kay. Before I started this business, I spent years in corporate building digital solutions for multi-billion-dollar companies. The work was impressive on paper, but something was always missing. I never got to see the faces of the people I was building for.

Then I became a mum. And everything changed.

My daughter was deeply wanted, prayed for, and loved long before day one. When she arrived, I wanted every milestone to feel meaningful. Her first birthday. Her first Valentine's Day. Every bedtime story. I didn't just want to mark the moments. I wanted to make them unforgettable.

She loves reading, and every book in our collection has been read with her first. If it doesn't make her smile, giggle, or ask for it again, it doesn't make it into the shop. She is my toughest and most honest reviewer.

Printed Hugs was born from that love. We create personalised storybooks and keepsake gifts that turn ordinary moments into core memories, for parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, and anyone who wants to give a gift that truly means something.
