Made just for you
Because every Printed Hugs book is personalised and printed on demand especially for your child, we don't hold stock. This means your book is created fresh for every order, which takes a little time but ensures the quality is always exactly as it should be.
How long does it take?
Production: 3 to 5 business days Shipping: 5 to 7 business days Total estimated time: 8 to 12 business days from order to doorstep
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our production partner.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $75 AUD.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking notification by email so you can follow your book on its journey.
What about busy periods like Christmas and Mother's Day?
During peak gifting seasons, production and delivery times may be slightly longer. We'd recommend ordering at least 3 weeks ahead of any important date to be safe. We'll always do our best to get your book there in time.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your tracking shows your order is delayed or if it's been longer than expected, please don't worry. Get in touch with us at hello@printedhugs.co and we'll look into it for you right away.
