How does personalisation work?
It's really simple. Just enter the personalised information required (it will be part of the product pages) before adding to cart. We take care of everything from there, making sure their name is woven beautifully throughout the story.
What if I make a spelling mistake in the name?
Please double-check the name before placing your order as all books are made to order just for you. If you notice a mistake straight after ordering, get in touch with us as quickly as possible at hello@printedhugs.co and we'll do our best to correct it before production begins.
Can I preview the book before it's printed?
Every book in our collection has been designed with care and tested with real little ones before it ever made it into our shop. You can see sample pages in the product images on each listing.
What size are the books?
All our storybooks are typically square hardcover books in softcover or hardcover, printed on premium materials built to last through years of bedtime readings.
How long will my order take?
Each book is made especially for your child, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for production, plus 5 to 7 business days for shipping. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and New Zealand. If you're outside these countries and would love a book, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Can I order as a gift and ship directly to the recipient?
Absolutely, and honestly, it's one of our favourite things. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. We don't include any invoices or pricing inside the package, so it arrives as a beautiful surprise.
My order arrived damaged or it's not what I ordered. What do I do?
We're so sorry if something has gone wrong. While we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind (since every book is made personally for your child), we absolutely want to make things right if your book arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us at hello@printedhugs.co within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo. We'll sort it out for you straight away.
Can I order in bulk for events or corporate gifting?
Yes! We'd love to help with baby showers, school events, or corporate gifting. Please get in touch through our contact page and we'll work out something special for you.
