We put our heart into every single book. Here's our promise to you.


Because every Printed Hugs book is personalised and made to order especially for your child, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We hope you understand — each book truly is one of a kind, made just for the little person whose name is inside it.

That said, we never want you to feel anything but completely happy with your order.

If your book arrives damaged

If your book arrives with a print defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@printedhugs.co. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll make it right. A replacement will be arranged for you at no cost.

If you received the wrong item

If something has arrived that isn't what you ordered, we're truly sorry and we'll fix it immediately. Please contact us at hello@printedhugs.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll send out the correct item as quickly as possible.
